County Road 346, Neches, TX 75779(903) 584-3311 The Neches High School received a rating of Recognized, the second highest rating. According to a news release on the Texas Education Agency website, the Recognized designation is determined by 80% or more of all students and student groups passing the TAKS and an 85% completion rate.

Fm 2574, Neches, TX 75779 (903) 584-3401 Neches Elementary-Junior High earned Texas' highest accountability rating of Exemplary.According to a news release on the Texas Education Agency website, the Exemplary rating indicates at least 90 percent of the elementary and junior high students passed the Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills (TAKS), and the dropout rate for the seventh and eighth grade was 1.8 percent or below.

Funds are used to purchase prizes for Accelerated Math & Reading store.Students will no longer be allowed to charge meals in the cafeteria. Students must have money in their account to draw from or pay their meals as they go. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Snider at 903-584-3401.Car Rider Arrival - Students should not arrive before 7:30am. All Jr. High students need to be dropped off in front of the Jr. High entrance. All elementary students should enter through the main entrance. Please do not pull around other buses or vehicles at any time, as this is unsafe for our students and staff.Car Rider Dismissal - All elementary students and Jr. High siblings are to be picked up at the main entrance. All other Jr. High students should be picked up at the entrance to the Jr. High.

The goal of Neches ISD's athletic programs is to enhance academics and develop positive character traits among students while inspiring confidence and a winning attitude.

Supporting a belief that a well-rounded students is of sound mind and body, athletics is a showcase for competitiveness, individual talent and good sportsmanship.

Neches ISD offers sports at various grade levels, which include basketball, baseball, softball, and track.

Secret Santa Workshop - December 12-16 Workshop hours from 8am - 3pm at Elementary School. Student gifts to purchased from Penguin Patch. Eighth grade and National Honor Society students will help work the workshop. Volunteers needed to work 3 hour shifts each day. Please call 903-516-2057 if interested.Elementary School Christmas ProgramWill be held on December 12th at 6:30pm in the high school auditorium.Elementary School Christmas PartiesWill be held on December 20th at 9:00am.Junior FFA Sign-up forms available in the Elementary School office for those interested in being a Jr. FFA member. Membership dues are $10. Contact Mr. Barker or Mrs. Snider for more information.

Reminder to order will be distributed to parents in advance.Items to be purchased for TeachersMotion passed to purchase 24 48" green & white umbrellas for teachers for walking kids to buses/cars after school.Gallon jugs of Elmer's glue to be discussed at next meeting.PTO's Tiger BingoWin $50 each 6 weeks! In the event of a tie, the winnings will be split. If there is no winner, the winnings will roll over to the next 6 weeks.Students, teachers, and parents can play!Purchase Bingo cards in the library. 1 for $3.00 or 2 for $5.00. Each card will be stamped for the current 6 weeks. Bingo numbers will be revealed every Friday in the Paw Print Express.A "bingo" is defined by a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line.Return winning bingo card to the library to claim your prize.All proceeds go to the Advanced Math & Reading store.
